That's right - phase two of Freedom Centre's Faces for Freedom project is underway. This time Faces for Freedom is supporting the National Day of Action (NDA) !! In fact we are collaborating with Gay And Lesbian Equality (GALE) and the WA Cross Campus Queer Network (CCQN) for their NDA event Families 4 Freedom!
This year, the National Day of Action is lobbying for relationship recognition regardless of gender so this round of Faces for Freedom submissions should show support for relationship recognition too! For more info on how to make a FFF submission click here
Families 4 Freedom is a community event on August 16th where the community are invited to come along and show their support and have a voice for relationship recognition regardless of gender. Freedom Centre will be at the event, taking FFF photos! For more info about the Families 4 Freedom event click here
Faces for Freedom 2 submissions that are made before July 31st will also be used to support and inform the Freedom Centre's submission to the Senate Inquiry into the Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2009.
